We then take you through a 16 chapter journey covering all the chapters of The 80/20 Lifestyle Plan. Each chapter has 2 elements to it. A Mindset mini chapter and a Nutrition/Movement mini chapter. You could argue there are 32 chapters really. Education packed within a hint of humour to teach you all you need to know about Nutrition, Movement and Mindset. Oh… yeah, and at the back there are over 45 recipes of awesome meals to keep you busy. Each recipe has all the Nutritional information including Macros and calories, as well as allergy information.
